Our Youth Choir class, offered for students ages 12-20, features 50+ students striving together to bring glory to the Lord through choral performance. Being trained in basic sight-reading skills, as well as group vocal singing, students will gain the ability to harmonize and blend with those around them. Building and exercising these skills, the class will go through a variety of musical genres, being ready by the end of the year to share the pieces prepared at the end-of-year Reverence, as well as in some SonBeam Outreach Events throughout the year.

No previous experience is required to participate.

Each student will "audition" for the director prior to class start so the director can assess skill level and group children appropriately by vocal part:

Soprano 1, Soprano 2, Alto, Tenor, or Bass.
