Ballet
Technique & Conditioning
Instructor: Christina Johnson
For students in ballet level 3 or above.
This class will involve stretching, conditioning exercises, barre work, and combinations, designed to practice balance, and poise, using proper ballet technique. Core strength will be a focus, as well as improving turn out, flexibility, and extension. Students can expect a fun filled hour, of moving, working and fellowship to the accompaniment of uplifting Christian music!
